Big Tides

Big tides this week. There’s a tropical storm somewhere off the coast. We’d never know if it wasn’t pushing the tides in. Usually, we can start working an hour after high tide and work until an hour before the next high tide. On Wednesday the tide forced us out three hours before it was high. Our work, about two feet higher than the wall we replaced, was completely submerged.
