It’s bittersweet when some projects come to an end. You spend weeks making the same long drive to the job site, picking from the same ever-diminishing pile of stone, eating lunch in the same sunny nook, and sharing the same corny inside jokes.

This isn’t mine.

It feels good to sit here and experience stonework, not as a builder, but as someone who just loves rocks.
